To be honest I just Googled for posters on motivation and that came up, although I do love the demotivational posters in general. TEAMWORK - Together we can do the work of one! Is a particular favorite.

Onto the recommendation list it went... I'd actually started the book back in late summer, but had to return it to the library before I'd gotten to finish it & just returned to it this week.
I should have assigned a probability because I was wrong! I guessed TD podcast. EconTalk would have been a good bet though. I’ve listened to that episode relatively recently actually.
I think Despair Inc. started the trend but I’m not sure if they designed that particular one. The format (black border, colored motivational phrase, white subtitle, etc.) is the one they use, but they use it because every actual motivational poster looks like that.

I first heard of Ms. Galef because Tyler Cowen went on her podcast - https://marginalrevolution.com/marginalrevolution/2019/04/my-podcast-with-julia-galef.html
Then, back in May of last year, she went on the best of all podcasts - Econtalk, https://marginalrevolution.com/marginalrevolution/2019/04/my-podcast-with-julia-galef.html
